With a past that has taken her to many countries and across America, working as a racehorse trainer, steeplechase jockey, show jumper, equine veterinary paramedic, fine art/antique appraiser, yoga teacher, and a member of the U.S. International Pistol Team.
Wife of a U.S. Marine and football referee, mother of daughters, Claire (concerned photographer, social worker) and Lucy, (photographer, model).
Durga's natural, easy-going style comes though in her unique photographic portraits of actors, artists, authors, babies, interesting people, and families.
From her years as a Fine Art/Antique Appraiser she has a special talent for capturing art objects to convey feeling and detail.
She designs and produces photographic books, portfolios and promotional cards for, artists, galleries, and exhibits.
